Boulette & Co.
Boulette & Co.
fine dining for friends! by Constance
I love cooking. And I REALLY love eating. And I really REALLY love cooking things that I love to eat and can share with people I love! When I can recreate or be inspired by a dish I've had at a restaurant, or dream up a flavor combo that I have an inkling might just work, it's infinitely more rewarding to be able to share and pushes me to keep being creative in the kitchen. I'm on my third year of cooking 100 new dishes a year, and all my top dishes are highlighted at these Boulette & Co. dinners!
I always try to incorporate abundance and surprises into my dinners -- something that my favorite restaurants always do well!

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the name Boulette & Co. come from?
I wanted to create a persona since "come to my house" doesn't sound so cool. "Meatball" (my son's name) in French translates to "boulette de viande," or literally "ball of meat." So Boulette represents Meatball and Co. stands for Constance (and not "company"), so together it's a play on Meatball & Constance — our home!
Did you go to culinary school?
Haha, no, but I eat out a lot and I consider that R&D. (Like a lot. I've just written my 800th Yelp review.)
Can I see pictures of Meatball?
I'm so glad you asked, scroll down for pics of my son. You can also follow him on Instagram at @meatball.n.mama. (He responds to DMs but you'll find he has a limited vocabulary.)
Thank you...
I definitely couldn't have done all of this all by myself! Thank you to...
My dad for letting me take over the kitchen for days at a time and for always being down to taste test (even though it isn't very helpful because you just say you like everything and I don't get any constructive feedback)
Ben for all the support and for these professional-looking photos that make me think I should write a cookbook
Julia for being my first ever waiter, water refiller, and paper-crane folder
Chase for the lovely gift of this website domain and for keeping me accountable
Mira for gifting me the gorgeous triangular handmade plates that I've used at every dinner
Rachel for gifting me the some beautiful upgraded embroidered cloth napkins
Alex, Alice, Ash, Chase, Cody, Frank, George, Isabel, Jackie, Jacob, Jeff, Jenn, Jiwan, Justine, Margot, Melea, Ray, Richmond, Tyler, and anyone who has attended a dinner, expressed interest in a dinner, or shown support in any way <3 Food tastes better when shared and I'm so glad I've been able to cook for all of you.
